We need a talented and imaginative Marketing Manager to join them on the journey.

This is no ordinary marketing role. You’ll be part of a cultural reawakening, leading on campaigns that bring diverse audiences to theatrical experiences across Oldham. As a senior member of a small but mighty team, you’ll champion the theatre’s story through strategic, data-driven campaigns, compelling content and strong media relationships.

We don’t expect you to come with it all. But, we do need someone with solid marketing foundations and creative flair - someone excited by audience insight and the power of digital. You’ll be trusted to shape voice, connect with new and existing communities, and play a vital role in driving income that fuels artistic vision and strengthens operational capacity.

About the role: You’ll work closely with the CEO and creative team to lead multi-channel campaigns for original and visiting productions, manage digital presence, and produce engaging content across copy, imagery and video. As the marcomms lead, you’ll be a relationship-builder at heart. You’ll forge meaningful connections with press, audiences and key stakeholders, to elevate the theatre’s profile and reach. The role includes line management of a Marketing Assistant - ideal if you’re ready to step into or build on leadership experience.
