Supporting a network of over 600 youth organisations and reaching more than 616,000 young people across the capital, London Youth creates life-changing opportunities through youth work, outdoor learning and community programmes.

Role Details
- Salary: £35,931
- Location: London / Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
- Contract: Permanent, Full Time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working requests considered)
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of trust and foundation supporters, securing five and six-figure grants that make a genuine difference to young people's lives. You will:
- Research and develop new funding opportunities
- Write compelling funding applications and reports
- Build and manage relationships with trusts, foundations and institutional funders
- Deliver excellent stewardship to existing supporters
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across London Youth to achieve ambitious fundraising targets
About You
We're looking for someone who can combine excellent fundraising skills with a passion for social impact. You'll bring:
- A strong track record of securing trust and foundation income
- Experience developing successful funding applications
- Excellent written communication and relationship management skills
- Strong research and prospecting abilities
- The confidence to manage a busy funding pipeline and work towards ambitious targets
- A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people
