About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join the Professional Learning and Development Programmes team on a temporary basis until the end of April. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth delivery of learning programmes during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract and financial administration, including templates, trackers, and invoices.
- Support the team inbox, responding to member queries and troubleshooting LMS issues.
- Facilitate webinars: liaise with speakers, manage introductions, and handle Q&A.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to coordinators and the wider team.

- Proven experience in administration within a busy team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setting and able to hit the ground running.
