The Scouts in London (Gilwell Park) is seeking a Senior Manager for Underrepresented Communities and Funded Growth to shape national growth, innovation, and externally funded programmes.

This role sits in the Movement Support & Growth Department and aims to enable, influence and strengthen delivery to young people.

You will lead funded growth, champion equity, translate funding into community-led models, and work with HQ, nations, regions and volunteers.
