Charity People is seeking a proactive Grants Programme Lead to shape and grow a new Β£10m grants programme.

You will develop grant-making processes, policies and governance, consult with victims and families, and build productive relationships with charities and partners to ensure impact.

You will oversee applications, due diligence and reporting, produce impact statements, and line manage a Grants Administrator within the wider TCS team.
