We are seeking an Associate Director to lead high profile executive search assignments while helping to grow the practice, develop colleagues and build long term client relationships.
About the role- Lead and deliver board and senior executive search assignments
- Act as a trusted adviser to Chairs, CEOs and trustees
- Contribute to winning and growing retained work
- Build and support team development, coaching and practice growth
