Charity Link is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to recruit door-to-door fundraisers and field sales roles across the UK. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, helping to attract and retain top fundraising talent for Charity Link's network of UK charities.

You will work closely with Area Managers and operational leaders to build strong pipelines, deliver an outstanding candidate experience and support onboarding for new starters, with hybrid working.
