In this role, you will be working exclusively with Dogs Trust, representing the charity directly to the public as a permanent member of our sales team. \n Role Overview \n This is a sales role with a cause at its heart. As a Field Sales Executive, you'll work exclusively with Dogs Trust, knocking on doors & building relationships with people, inviting them to set up an ongoing monthly donation. \n You'll start with full training, followed by guidance from our venues team on where to fundraise. n We're looking for people who are motivated by earning, care about supporting Dogs Trust & have the resilience to keep pursuing their targets. This is an outdoor role & you'll be on your feet in all weathers, so we provide the equipment & clothing you need to stay protected. \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Fundraise in the areas recommended by our venues team, with more say over where, as you build a record of hitting target \n Open conversations with residents & make every doorstep count \n Share the story & impact behind the Dogs Trust campaign & make the case for regular giving \n Handle objections confidently & convert conversations into long-term monthly donors \n Stay positive & keep your energy up through rejection & tough days \n Record donor details accurately on your tablet, following data protection & fundraising regulatory standards \n Travel independently between postcodes \n Represent Dogs Trust in a professional, ethical & positive way \n \n What You'll Bring \n \n Self-motivation & the discipline to work independently \n Drive, resilience & a competitive streak \n A target-driven approach to sales \n A genuine passion for charitable causes, particularly Dogs Trust \n The stamina for a role that keeps you on your feet \n Door-to-door sales experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided \n \n Salary & Benefits \n \n Guaranteed basic salary, so you're never starting from zero \n Uncapped commission: the more you sign up, the more you earn \n On-target earnings of £47,000, with the potential to earn over £50,000 by averaging three sign-ups a day \n Full training & ongoing support \n Opportunities for career progression \n Regular incentives \n Generous referral scheme \n \n Working Hours \n Full-time, five days a week, with some flexibility around your hours & no requirement to work weekends.
