The Role

KSS is hiring a Supporter Experience Officer to be a key point of contact for people who engage with and support the charity. Based on-site in Rochester, this permanent role focuses on delivering high-quality supporter care through responsive communication, accurate record-keeping, and cross-team support during busy periods. You will handle a wide range of supporter interactions including calls, emails, donation acknowledgements, visitor welcomes, and query resolution.
