Pharmacist Support is recruiting lay trustees to join our Board at a time when workforce pressures and wellbeing challenges across pharmacy remain high. Recent Workforce Wellbeing Survey findings highlighted continued high levels of stress and burnout across the profession, reinforcing the importance of accessible and compassionate support for pharmacists and their families, trainees and students.

We are particularly keen to hear from individuals with experience in areas such as finance, HR, governance, digital, fundraising or the charity sector. We welcome applications from individuals of all ages, backgrounds, cultures and levels of experience, and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive Board of Trustees that reflects the people and communities we support. Previous trustee experience is not essential. We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting others and keen to contribute their skills, experience and perspective. Full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role requires approximately one day per month across quarterly Board and sub-committee meetings.
