At CAF Bank, the Product Analyst will translate business problems into well-structured, controlled, and measurable AI and automation use cases, enabling faster delivery while ensuring strong governance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational pain points into clearly scoped automation and AI use cases with defined outcomes.
- Produce high-quality artefacts including process narratives and functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, maintainability and clear ownership once live.
- Prepare governance packs and support proportionate assurance for AI and automation change.
- Maintain traceability of use cases, benefits and risks through the automation and AI register.
- Define and track measurable benefits ensuring automation delivers real and sustained value.
Qualifications
- Experience translating business problems into structured requirements and delivery-ready artefacts.
- Experience working across Digital, Technology, Operations and Risk stakeholders.
- Experience with automation, low-code tools or AI-enabled initiatives and use-case definition.
- Strong understanding of governance and controlled change in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insight to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
