Are you an experienced Head of Lending looking for the opportunity to design and develop the growth story that makes a real difference to society? We’re looking for a talented Head of Lending to join our Commercial Department at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
What you’ll do
At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Head of Lending you too will play an integral part in what we do. You will be responsible for the strategic growth and development of the lending business within our growing and impactful bank. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and using your knowledge of the Charity and Impact Market you will build on our current portfolio and identify potential growth areas. You will lead a team of regional directors, relationship managers and lending professionals across the country who will help you develop and deliver these plans.
As our Head of Lending you will:
- Drive the growth of funding and finance solutions for CAF Bank
- Develop processes and support the development of lending products
- Lead responsibility for delivery of whole of life activities within the function
- Lead and manage the team
- Support the management of high value relationships
Who we are looking for
This role is for you if you have experience of working in the Financial Services sector and, in particular, in the leadership of Lending and Business development or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Experience of the strategic design and delivery of a lending growth plan
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Charity and not for profit lending sector
- Experience of managing and developing a high performing team
