CAF connects charities with funds, and we at CAF Bank help charities to manage those funds.
As the Technology Governance Officer you will drive the smooth running of Technology Operations and will support senior leadership decision‑making by providing high‑quality management information, reports and governance packs.
Responsibilities
- Collate and distribute high‑quality management information, reports and governance packs to support senior leadership decision making.
- Coordinate and manage governance and leadership meetings, including agendas, scheduling, documentation and minute‑taking.
- Maintain oversight of key governance processes, including action tracking, risk management and ensuring timely follow‑up with stakeholders.
- Support Technology teams with reporting, data analysis and the production of meaningful insights to inform decision‑making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, small projects and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in IT or relevant transferable skills.
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate management information and audit evidence.
- Confident communicator with ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders.
- Analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and turning information into clear, concise insights.
- Motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset and enjoyment of improving processes and helping teams operate more effectively.
