Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a portfolio of grant programmes, working closely with Grantmaking Delivery Managers and colleagues to ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Administer grants through their full lifecycle, maintaining accurate records in our grantmaking platform and ensuring consistency across processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for applicants and grant holders, responding to enquiries and supporting positive relationships.
  • Contribute to the assessment of applications and preparation of reports, analysis and programme updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with governance processes and programme reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance and effective oversight.
  • Collaborate with teams across CAF to improve processes, develop new ways of working, and support high-quality, impact-led grantmaking delivery.
