Are you an experienced Analyst Manager who can lead a team of analysts, build strong third-party partnerships, and turn strategic ambition into successful outcomes? We’re looking for a talented Analyst Manager to join our Bank Technology department at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
What you’ll do
At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Analyst Manager you too will play an integral part in what we do. As our Analyst Manager, you will shape and lead the Bank Technology Analyst function, building capability and driving excellence in requirements management, solution assurance and business analysis practices. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, delivery teams and strategic partners, you will help ensure that technology solutions deliver the right business outcomes, meet regulatory and governance expectations, and support CAF Bank’s long-term strategic ambitions.
As our Analyst Manager you will:
- Lead, coach and develop the Bank Technology Analyst function
- Define and embed analysis standards, methods and quality controls across the technology portfolio
- Elicit, analyse and assure business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Provide assurance and challenge of solution designs, requirements and third-party deliverables
- Ensure requirements, solutions and testing remain aligned to agreed business outcomes
- Represent the Analyst function within delivery and governance forums, providing expert advice and recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and the adoption of AI-enabled analysis capabilities
Who we are looking for
This role is for you if you have experience in business analysis, systems analysis or technology change delivery, and are passionate about improving how technology solutions are designed, assured and delivered. We are looking for:
- Experience leading, coaching or developing Business Analysts and/or Systems Analysts
- Strong experience gathering, analysing and assuring business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Confidence reviewing and challenging solution designs and third-party supplier deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with business outcomes
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners
- Strong understanding of requirements traceability, governance and quality assurance practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, collaborative and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
