Join our Grantmaking Team as a Grant Officer and bring together your passion for purposeful, responsible grantmaking with strong coordination and delivery skills. You will be an integral member of an experienced and dedicated team, with the chance to work across a variety of programme areas, gaining valuable experience in a multitude of grantmaking approaches. Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of a portfolio of grant programmes, working closely with Grantmaking Delivery Managers and colleagues to ensure activities run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Administer grants through their full lifecycle, maintaining accurate records in our grantmaking platform and ensuring consistency across processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for applicants and grant holders, responding to enquiries and supporting positive relationships.
  • Contribute to the assessment of applications and preparation of reports, analysis and programme updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with governance processes and programme reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance and effective oversight.
  • Collaborate with teams across CAF to improve processes, develop new ways of working, and support high-quality, impact-led grantmaking delivery.
