Join our Facilities team as a Facilities Maintenance Officer based at our Kings Hill office. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of grounds maintenance, support day-to-day building upkeep, and play an important part in ensuring our workplaces in Kings Hill and London are always operating at their best.
What you’ll do:
- Lead grounds maintenance and seasonal site upkeep
- Support building maintenance, security, and general facilities operations across both offices
- Carry out regular inspections and maintain accurate records
- Assist with stock control and contribute to larger facilities projects
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Provide flexible support across all areas of the department
Who you’ll be:
This role is for you if you have experience of working in facilities or building maintenance or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
- Experience in facilities or building maintenance
- Confident with basic maintenance tasks and hand-tool use
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Willingness to learn and complete relevant training (IOSH, First Aid, maintenance, technology)
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing manual duties
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new technical systems
