Are you proactive, reliable, and passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and well-maintained spaces? Join our Facilities team as a Facilities Maintenance Officer based at our Kings Hill office. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of grounds maintenance, support day-to-day building upkeep, and play an important part in ensuring our workplaces in Kings Hill and London are always operating at their best.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead grounds maintenance and seasonal site upkeep
  • Support building maintenance, security, and general facilities operations across both offices
  • Carry out regular inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with stock control and contribute to larger facilities projects
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Provide flexible support across all areas of the department

Who you’ll be:

This role is for you if you have experience of working in facilities or building maintenance or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:

  • Experience in facilities or building maintenance
  • Confident with basic maintenance tasks and hand-tool use
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Willingness to learn and complete relevant training (IOSH, First Aid, maintenance, technology)
  • Comfortable working outdoors and performing manual duties
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new technical systems
