Age UK South Cumbria is seeking a Helpline Officer to support the day-to-day running of the Helpline facility in Kendal. You will be the first point of contact for older people seeking signposting, advice, or support in South Cumbria.
The role runs 35 hours per week, with five weeks holiday (six after five years), plus public holidays and extra birthday day off. A health benefit scheme and a pension are provided after probation and three months’ service.
