Contracted hours: Part Time contracted hours (19. 5 Hours a week) over 7 days, Will Include Working some Weekends.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist Role:
- Answer telephone, screen calls.
- Take and relay messages and disseminate faxes.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries etc.
- Ensure Paperwork is filed correctly.
Requirements of the Filing Clerk/Receptionist Role:
- Previous experience in Reception work preferred
