Location: Rosewood Care Home, Cobham Terrace, Bean Road, Greenhithe Kent, ME17 1AD

Contracted hours: Full time contracts available - 33 hours a week. Shift times will be a mixture of 08:00–14:00, 14:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00 and will include working alternate weekends.

Hourly rate of pay: £13.10–£13.30 per hour

Charing Healthcare has been providing care since 1998. We are a proactive company with family origins and now have 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer. Rosewood Care Home in Greenhithe provides high quality Dementia care for up to 40 residents.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
  • To promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
  • To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.

  • Previous experience in Care preferred but not essential
