Responsibilities:
- The deputy will work on the floor as part of the “hands on team” as required, to monitor and report back to the manager information on staff performance and resident’s needs.
- She/he will be rota’d on some shifts to ensure above aim is met with some hours as supernumerary to support the Manager.
- To maintain an awareness of all routines of the home and adhere to these where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Must be prepared to pick up shifts where required for the needs of the home.
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in a Care Home for people with Dementia.
- Must have experience of Managing Staff.
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
