Job Vacancy: Care Assistant (Days)

Location: The Oast, 2 Plains Avenue, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 7AT

Contracted hours: Full or part‑time contracts available, 22, 33, 44 Hrs per week. Will include working alternative weekends.

Hourly rate of pay: £12.80 – £13.00 per hour

Responsibilities of the Care Assistant Role

• To provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.
• To promote privacy and dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.
• To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.

Requirements of the Care Assistant Role

• A kind and caring person
• Previous experience in care preferred but not essential
