Charing Healthcare has been providing care since 1998. We are a proactive company with family origins and now have 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer. Charing House Care Home in Gillingham provides high quality Residential, Dementia and Nursing care for up to 88 residents.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Role:
- To develop and maintain Care Plans and Risk Assessments that are Person Centred. Ensure that these are followed and evaluated at regular intervals.
- To ensure that all treatments are carried out in accordance with professional medical direction and comply with legislative requirements.
