Contracted hours: 20 Hours Per Week, Worked over 7 days. Will Include Working Some Weekends. Shift Time 08.45am – 14.00pm

Charing Healthcare has been providing care since 1998. We are a proactive company with family origins and now have 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer. Charing House Care Home in Gillingham provides high quality Residential, Dementia and Nursing care for up to 88 residents.

Responsibilities:
- To make full use of the appropriate equipment and ensure all designated areas are clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times.
- To ensure laundry is sorted in accordance with the manufacturer’s label, and laundered as it should be. Iron these items and return to the resident’s bedroom and put away into the appropriate cupboard/wardrobe etc.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Care or housekeeping preferred but not essential.
