Contracted hours: 11 Hours Per Week, Rolling Rota, Will Include Alternative Weekends. 2 X 5 Half hour Shifts.

Charing Healthcare has been providing care since 1998. We are a proactive company with family origins and now have 10 care homes across Kent and Medway. We work in partnership with Kent and Medway council together with the local NHS for some services that we offer. The Oast Care Home in Maidstone provides high quality Residential, Dementia care for up to 27 residents.

Responsibilities of the Housekeeper Role:
- To make full use of the appropriate equipment and ensure all designated areas are clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times, e.g. trailing wires
- To ensure laundry is sorted in accordance with the manufacturer’s label, and laundered as it should be. Iron these items and return to the resident’s bedroom and put away into the appropriate cupboard/wardrobe etc.
Requirements of the Housekeeper Role:
- Previous experience in Care or housekeeping preferred but not essential
