Responsibilities of the Kitchen Assistant Role

  • To clean up as you go and ensure all washing up/putting away is undertaken making use of the company chemicals supplied.
  • To assist with the preparation of food in readiness for the Head Chef/Cook.
  • To adhere to the kitchen cleaning schedule and document all cleaning undertaken as part of the team.

Requirements of the Kitchen Assistant Role

  • Previous experience in the role is preferred, but not essential.
