Reports To: Senior Director - International Marketing & Strategy

ChargePoint is building its marketing engine in Europe from the ground up. As the first dedicated marketing hire in the region, you will work closely with the European sales team to generate pipeline, execute events, and lay the foundation for a high-impact marketing function in a fast-growing market.

This is a hands-on execution role where you will own delivery end-to-end. Rather than creating strategy for others to execute, you will be directly responsible for bringing campaigns to life—whether that’s booking venues, running webinars, building email sequences, or measuring results.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of International Marketing, you will serve as the primary marketing operator in Europe with the opportunity to shape ChargePoint’s presence across the region and build a team over time.

  • Planning and executing field marketing programs across Europe, including trade shows, customer events, roundtables, partner events, and roadshows.
  • Running regional webinars and digital events end-to-end (topic development, speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up).
  • Partnering directly with the European sales team to support.
