Chargeforwards is entering the next phase of growth. We're expanding our partnerships across PSPs, merchants and payment providers, creating new opportunities to bring a more connected approach to fraud, identity and chargeback management. For the right person, this is an opportunity to help shape strategy, build meaningful partnerships and play a key role in the company's growth.

This is not a high-volume outbound sales role. We're looking for someone who understands the payments industry, has existing relationships across the ecosystem and can identify commercial opportunities that create value for both partners and merchants. You'll have significant autonomy and influence, working directly with the leadership team to build partnerships, win new business and help define our commercial growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop relationships with PSPs, acquirers, payment providers and strategic partners
  • Identify referral, reseller and partnership opportunities
  • Generate and manage new business opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature
  • Work closely with merchants to understand fraud, chargeback and identity-related challenges
  • Represent Chargeforwards at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and revenue forecast
  • Collaborate with product and customer success teams to identify new commercial opportunities
  • Contribute to commercial strategy and market expansion initiatives
About You
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships or commercial roles within payments, fintech, fraud prevention or related sectors
  • Existing relationships within PSPs, acquirers, payment providers or the wider payments ecosystem
  • Strong commercial instincts and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to operate independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience selling complex solutions and managing consultative sales cycles
