The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo and teaching staff to assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students. You will support students by helping to implement whole-school SEND priorities and enable students to engage with their learning and reach their full potential. The role will involve working alongside a team, supporting teaching and learning in the classroom to ensure the designated student is supported in their individual needs as outlined in their EHCP. Your role will also include some lunchtime cover.
We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, conscientious and caring individual to join our team of Teaching assistants. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as being able to use initiative and work independently are essential skills. You will need to adjust your techniques and activities according to students’ responses, so proven ability to think on your feet is vital. You’ll need good English and Maths skills.
