Charcoalblue is looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join our team in a high-impact role supporting finance operations in this growing international business. You are a high-caliber professional who enjoys business partnering and is equipped to manage both sides of the finance coin: maintaining impeccable financial control and compliance, while providing meaningful analysis to inform our international growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing financial reporting including management accounts
- Managing core finance operations, including ledgers, reconciliations, cash handling, payroll, and compliance processes
- Providing clear financial analysis and commentary to support senior stakeholders and business unit leads
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, audit activity, and wider group finance planning
- Helping improve reporting quality, strengthen controls, and drive process efficiency across the finance function
- Contributing to growth initiatives through analysis, modelling, and support for expansion activity where required
Qualifications
- A qualified accountant or studying towards full qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with management accounting experience
- Experience as a finance professional confident managing month-end, reporting, and financial controls
- Experience working in a multi-entity and/or international environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn financial data into practical insight
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with confidence to work across finance and non-finance teams
- A passion for improving processes, taking ownership, and helping a business scale effectively

- This is a permanent, full-time role. You’ll be London-based, with flexible hours between 8 am–8 pm, Monday to Friday, and a hybrid setup. You can work from home up to 3 days per week, balanced with in-studio collaboration, site visits, and project meetings.
