We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced chocolate manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to play a key role in overseeing production operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacture of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day production activities on the factory floor
  • Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
  • Complete orders in line with agreed timescales
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, legality, and product quality
  • Motivate, support, and develop team members
  • Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation
  • Monitor performance and complete relevant reports
  • Identify and raise non-conformances to standards
  • Undertake key holder responsibilities when required
  • Provide supervisory support within the packing department as needed
  • Carry out any additional duties in line with business requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous supervisory experience within food production (essential)
  • Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and diligent
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be proactive, quick to learn, and able to work on your own initiative
