An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for content creation, planning and scheduling for social media and customer communications - driving online presence and building brand awareness across digital channels.
Responsible for executing and optimizing online campaigns, this person will manage the planning, delivery and analysis, along with recommending data‑driven strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating, scheduling and reporting on content across a range of social media platforms
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Managing and optimizing SEO to improve website visibility and rankings
- Running paid ad campaigns whilst optimizing budgets, target audience and creative assets
- Tracking and analysing key performance indicators with Google Analytics, Search Console
- Conducting competitor research and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collating and presenting campaign performance summaries with actionable recommendations
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a successful Social Media content creator, with a minimum of two years of digital marketing experience (agency or in‑house)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media ads, and email marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimisation, and data‑driven decision‑making
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, to convey brand voice with authenticity
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Degree in marketing or equivalent industry experience
- Certifications in Google Ads
- Experience with WordPress
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate strategies
