The RoleWe are seeking a proactivePart-Time Partnerships & UGC Coordinatorto help us build Charava’s brand presence through content and collaborations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health, wellness, and digital marketing, who enjoys working with creators and building brand relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesUGC Creator Management
- Share briefs and scripts with creators.
- Review and provide feedback on submitted content.
- Coordinate delivery timelines and approvals.
Brand Partnerships
Identify and approach potential partners (gyms, yoga & pilates studios, running clubs, wellness spaces, etc.).
- Develop promotional tie-ins and collaboration opportunities.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partner organisations.
Ambassador Programs
- Help design and coordinate Charava’s ambassador program on social media.
- Liaise with ambassadors, manage communications, and track performance.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in social media, influencer/creator management, or brand partnerships (agency or brand side).
- Interest in the health, wellness, or fitness space.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Based in the UK.
- Flexible working hours (~1 day per week, split over 1–2 days if preferred).
