Our Client a Top 100 Law Firm located in Southampton are looking for a Temporary Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Property department. Core duties will include the following: Administer files, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving per firm procedures. Accurately record information in the practice management system as provided by fee earners. Draft letters, documents, and forms, using dictation. Manage daily diaries for themselves and colleagues, tracking key dates and follow-ups. Oversee the Department’s secretarial support team, ensuring efficient, high-quality support for Solicitors and the broader team.
