Our client is a leading Litigation firm looking for a qualified solicitor 2 years PQE to join their Insolvency team. This role involves high-profile and complex matters, a keen interest in this area is vital. Core duties will include the following:
- Acting for insolvency officeholders in contentious litigation mandates.
- Coordinating claims in multiple jurisdictions.
- Representing officeholders and stakeholders in insolvency and distressed contexts.
- Resolving disputes and monetizing claims.
- Pursuing the recovery of assets in insolvency or distressed situations.
- Working alongside specialist law firms globally.
Ideal candidates must have the following:
- 2-4 years PQE in contentious insolvency and asset recovery.
- Strong general restructuring and insolvency expertise.
- Familiarity with the main insolvency practitioner firms in the UK.
- Ability to build a peer group network within the insolvency community.
- Experience in drafting, negotiating, and delivering clear, pragmatic advice.
