Civil Litigation Solicitor — Position Overview
As a Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of civil matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients at police stations, Magistrates’, and Crown Courts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both sensitive and complex cases within a supportive, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Solicitor
You will manage complex disputes, often with an international high value or specialised focus on commercial fraud, complex property or reputation management. You will act for a range of clients including multinational corporations, financial institutions and high net worth individuals through pre-action protocols, mediation and high court litigation.
