Job Description
Our Client, an expanding regional Law firm with brand new offices in Angel, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate to join our dynamic team in their growing Property department.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling commercial property transactions and providing strategic advice to clients, including investors, developers, landlords, and tenants. We are looking for a proactive candidate to deliver consistently high levels of client service and bring a loyal client base.
Core Duties will include:
- Manage a caseload of complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, re-financing, and development projects.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and investment structuring.
- Conduct due diligence, draft, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documents.
- Provide strategic advice to clients, including investors, developers, landlords, and tenants.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and the growth of the department by attending marketing and networking events as well as providing regular content for external newsletters and legal updates.
