The are seeking a talented and ambitious Criminal Defence and Fraud NQ Solicitor with 2 to 3 years NQ experience to join our discrete, highly regarded team. In this role, you will work directly with partners on high-profile, sensitive cases. You will handle a mixed caseload of serious general crime and complex financial crime, including corporate fraud, bribery, corruption, tax evasion, and asset forfeiture. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a NQ lawyer to gain significant autonomy, direct client contact, and hands-on trial experience in a supportive, collaborative boutique environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and assist on a diverse caseload of private criminal defence matters and complex financial fraud investigations. Draft high-quality legal documents, including witness statements, representations, case analyses, and instructions to counsel.
