This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Office Services Assistant with a corporate office services background to work for one of the most successful US law firms in London on an initial 3 month temporary contract - which will be on a rolling basis.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will be joining this small but busy team covering all aspects of facilities and general office services administration, including:

  • Dealing with post and office supplies
  • Reprographics
  • Buildings management
  • Office moves
  • Maintaining stationery stocks

This would suit someone enthusiastic, who can think on their feet and is a true team player, willing to work hard, be reliable and punctual with fantastic customer service skills.

Candidates should have at least 3 years recent background in a City law firm and be happy to work hard as part of this busy team on an ongoing basis.
