Receptionist/Administrator | US Law Firm | Up to 40,000 per year | London
A rare opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding US law firm based in offices in the City of London as a Receptionist/Administrator on a 12 month contract covering maternity leave.
This is a brand new role and you will be covering reception, setting up and clearing down of meeting rooms and general administration/facilities duties supporting the Operations Manager.
Comes with a salary of up to Β£40,000 plus benefits.
The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Working on reception and front of house
- Passing on phone and email correspondence
- Setting up and closing down meeting rooms
- Arranging meetings for internal and external clients
- Greeting clients
- Dealing with all operations/facilities aspects of the role
About You:
- Proven background in an office environment
- Minimum of 5 years reception/operations experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly and approachable attitude
