Our client - a highly prestigious US law firm are seeking a bright, talented and ambitious HR Administrator who has experience in HR to join their growing team and support the HR department on a fixed month contract of 12 months. This is an extremely busy role - where main duties will include:

  • Dealing with HR Inbox queries
  • Diary management for the HR team
  • Maintain HR filing systems
  • Draft correspondence
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Assist with recruitment tasks
  • Process invoices
  • Manage Workday HR System

The ideal candidate will have worked within HR in a corporate environment, be a team player with outstanding organisational and communications skills - plus also a whizz on IT!

4 days in the office required during probation and once passed, the opportunity to work 3 days in office, 2 at home.
