Our client, a highly successful Litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Human Resourcing Administrator to join their busy team in their London offices for an urgent 6 month cover.
Candidates must have proven experience in an HR environment in a known City law firm including all aspects of general HR administration.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with agencies to set up interviews
- Organising contracts of employment and offer letters
- Liaising with payroll to set up new starter details
- Co-ordinating induction days
- Dealing with holiday and sickness records
- Supporting trainee recruitment and co-ordination annual salary and bonus reviews
They must also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment within a small but busy team. They should also be driven, confident, pro-active and able to deal with all levels (partners, clients, secretaries, other support teams).
