This European Finance team, who are advisors of private equity sponsors, are seeking a confident and capable Legal Assistant to work with senior lawyers for the day-to-day management of existing agreements.
The ideal candidate should be highly skilled with up-to-date IT skills; proven finance and paralegal experience previously; used to working across international time zones and to strict deadlines with outstanding communication skills.
