Looking after your team of consultants, you will experience a busy day involving all aspects of secretarial and PA support as well as liaising with clients based in Japan, hence the need for the language.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and personal assistant support to the team of consultants.
  • Manage busy day-to-day administration, scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients based in Japan, requiring fluent Japanese language skills.

Qualifications

  • Fully qualified bilingual Secretary/PA or equivalent secretarial background.
  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese; experience in professional services preferred.
