Our client, a highly successful Litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Human Resourcing Assistant to join their busy team in their London offices on a 6 month contract basis.
Candidates must have proven experience in an HR environment in a known City law firm including all aspects of general HR administration - so they are able to hit the ground running.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Dealing with agencies to set up interviews
- Organising contracts of employment and offer letters
- Liaising with payroll to set up new starter details
- Co-ordinating induction days
- Dealing with holiday and sickness records
- Supporting trainee recruitment
- Co-ordinating annual salary and bonus reviews
- Co-ordinating the firm's Wellbeing initiatives - a chance to be creative!
Candidates must also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You must also be driven, confident, pro-active and able to deal with all levels (partners, clients, secretaries, other support teams).
