Our client - a major international law firm are seeking a bright, talented and ambitious Early Talent Development Specialist who has experience in HR to join their growing team and support the wider Early Talent team.
This is an extremely busy role involving full care of the Trainee talent coming into the firm and main duties will include:-
- Full recruitment cycle of acquiring trainees into the firm
- Co-ordinating all secondments
- Full development & training of trainees once onboarded
- Employee relations - dealing with all aspects related to trainees
The ideal candidate will have worked within HR/recruitment previously be highly skilled and have a passion for Early Talent & Development for trainee lawyers.
