Our client, a highly successful Litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Human Resourcing Administrator to join their busy team in their London offices for an urgent 6 month cover.

Candidates must have proven experience in an HR environment in a known City law firm including all aspects of general HR administration.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Dealing with agencies to set up interviews
  • Organising contracts of employment and offer letters
  • Liaising with payroll to set up new starter details
  • Co-ordinating induction days
  • Dealing with holiday and sickness records
  • Supporting trainee recruitment
  • Co-ordinating annual salary and bonus reviews

They must also have strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment within a small but busy team. They should also be driven, confident, pro-active and able to deal with all levels (partners, clients, secretaries, other support teams).

This is an urgent cover but an exciting role and ideal for someone looking to develop their career within legal human resourcing in a progressive law firm.
