This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Office Services Assistant with a corporate office services background to work for one of the most successful US law firms in London. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be joining a small but busy team covering all aspects of facilities and general office services administration, including:

  • Dealing with post and office supplies
  • Building management
  • Internal moves
  • Maintaining stationery supplies
  • Assisting the Facilities Helpdesk

This role would suit someone enthusiastic, who can think on their feet, is a true team player, and is willing to work hard while being reliable and punctual with fantastic customer service skills. Candidates should have at least 3 years of recent experience in a City law firm and be ambitious and keen to learn and develop in the role.
