This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Office Services Assistant with a corporate office services background to work for one of the most successful US law firms in London on an initial 3 month temporary contract, which will be on a rolling basis.
Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will be joining this small but busy team, covering all aspects of facilities and general office services administration, including:
- Dealing with post and office supplies
- Reprographics
- Buildings management
- Office moves
- Maintaining stationery stocks
This role would suit someone enthusiastic, who can think on their feet, is a true team player, and is willing to work hard. Candidates should be reliable and punctual with fantastic customer service skills.
Candidates should have at least 3 years recent background in a City law firm and be ambitious and keen to learn about growing and developing in the role.
